For the data analysis, we should calculate a seperate budget for 28 EU member visits? or there will be a seperate budget for our possible visits? Because this important phase require multiple visits to member states for both expert and data team

There is no separate budget for the contractor’s visits of EU Member States. The contractor’s offer must remain within the maximum contract price of the tender.
