Hello! Concerning the qualification requirements to Key Expert 3: Project Management Expert, it is written "..- At least Master’s Degree in project management or academic equivalent"- we need explanation what you consider as academic equivalent?

A Bachelor’s Degree in the fields related to Project Management and additional five (5) years of General Professional Experience in project management of EU funded infrastructure Projects, shall be considered as equivalent to a Master’s Degree.
