Electronic signature of the documents, e.g. Declaration(s) on honour
Dear Sir, we would like to know if the documents signed electronically could have the format .p7m (certificated electronic signature InfoCert). Regards.

Files with extension '.p7m' are not supported by e-Submission because it requires special software to decrypt. The tenderer shall convert the document into pdf, sign with an certified electronic signature and then upload the e-signed document.
