On page 4 of the briefing document concerning the simulation, it is stated that the the proposal must include “Description of the specific approach for the 14 items listed above (indicative length: 0.5 page per item”). On page 5 of the briefing document concerning the simulation, it is stated that the “there is no need to specify the approach for the 14 items in the list of services”. Could you kindly clarify if the technical proposal must include the specific approach for the 14 items listed in the hypothetical scenario?
