Since there is no maximum of AT's defined in the tender - would you accept an offer defining a maximum number of AT's p.a.?

No, we ask the potential contractor to give an indication on the cost for “Price for support for C-ITS station” in the Financial offer evaluation table, but the number of ATs is related to the usage period which is not defined a priori.
