The Italian 'Stabile Organizzatione' can participate in the tender (if in possession of the requested requisites) and in this case, it may invoice the Italian 'Stabile Organizzatione' or must be a parent company GmbH that participate in the tender?

We kindly ask you to read Annex I – Part 1 Administrative annex, point I.3. How the economic operators organise themselves to submit a tender. It will be up to the appointed evaluation committee to assess the compliance of the offer with the administrative requirements. We underline that at this stage of the procedure, additional information may be given solely for the purpose of clarifying the procurement documents, while it is not possible to give information of such nature as to anticipate the work of the evaluation committee.
