Project Name
On the TED platform the Project name is given as "Technical Assistance Facility for the Clean Ocean Initiative in Sub-Saharan Africa". However in the Instructions to tenderers the projects' tile is "Project Identification and Preparation Programme Facility for the Clean Ocean Initiative in Sub-Saharan Africa". Can you please clarify which is the correct project name?
