Question	On page 6 of Annex I - Part 2 ToR 1.1.1. last paragraph, its says that the general purpose of this study is "comprehensive review of the possible strategies for improving the market resilience of the sector". In 1.1.2. it says "The analysis should focus on ... existing adaptation strategies ensure an appropriate level of resilience". The question is whether this study should focus on possible strategies, or existing strategies.
