The Terms of reference states p.13: “All cost of the implementation of the programme (travel tickets, lump sums covering accommodation and daily allowances, insurances, administrative assistance, etc.) are to be covered by the contractor under the budget of this contract.”. Is the “insurance” referring here to a travel insurance or to professional liability insurance? Thanks

The “insurance” mentioned in the call tender specifications on page 13 is referring to “travel insurance” not to professional liability insurance.
