Question	it seems that Award Criteria 1 (overall approach and methodology) and Award Criteria 2 (organization of work) refer only to the hypothetical scenario. Indeed Award Criteria 3 (quality control measures) seems to refer to the overall framework contract. Could you please confirm that our interpretation of the ToR is correct?
