Financial arrangements
We have a question related to the financial arrangements for the implementation of this project. We are a bit surprised that there is no pre-financing arrangement in place, given the level of involvement of NGOs required for this project. According to the draft contract, the first payment (Interim Payment) is tied to an interim report. Does this mean that you expect that the successful contractor advances the cost for the organisation of the thematic workshops (which might take place before the first (interim) payment is due) so that NGOs to attend? Many thanks for your response.

We hereby confirm that in line with current practices, no prefinancing payment is envisaged for this contract.
