Is it possible to have a description of critical and non-critical loads as well as the management mode requested?

Critical loads include specific systems that will remain operational during an outage. Typical "critical" loads include refrigerators, selected lighting circuits, etc. The management shall be done in a such a way so that the transition from on-grid to off-grid and back again to on-grid does not cause any electrical interruption.
