Supply, installation and maintenance of 2 battery storage systems — 2 lots. Questions for clarification
In the document "DRAFT SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT" at page 21 in the article“II.14.5 Pre-financing and performance guarantees” is mentioned that “The amount of a performance guarantee shall not exceed the total price of the contract”. Please let us know the percentage of the contract value that we must provide as performance guarantee in case the contract is awarded.

Please refer to the article I.4 of the draft contract where it is not requested to provide a financial guarantee. Please note that in accordance with the tender specifications, section 5 - a guarantee of two years is required on the supply and its performance, starting from the day of acceptance by the JRC (date of signing of the Certificate of Conformity).
