In Annex IXa: Simulation under Context for media analysis simulation it is stated that each article needs to be tagged after 8 parameters. Parameter 7 is Main topic of the media item. Does the European Parliament have a predefined list over main topics? If not, can you please indicate how the European Parliament defines main topic?

For this simulation we do not set a list of topics. The tenderers should consider the main topics in the same lines with the ones on the agenda of the European Parliament plenary session given for this exercise.
