Regarding the list of sources (as listed in Annex I a), we would like to ask whether all sources listed are mandatory to monitor? Meaning that if a tenderer does not have the legal right and/or agreement with media outlet to monitor one or more of these sources, we would like to ask whether this has the consequence that the tenderer are ineligible to bid for the tender? Please be advised that this would probably have the consequence that no tenderer are eligible to bid for tender or that only one tenderer fulfill the requirement. Would you consider revising which sources are mandatory to monitor in order to be eligible to bid for the tender? This way more tenderers could be eligible to bid for the tender.
