Regarding section 4.2.5 of the Tender Specifications, particularly the evaluation of the financial offer, could you please clarify if the total price to be taken in consideration for the award refers to the 4 year contract or would it be the total price of the first 2 years?

The total price to be taken in consideration for the award refers to the 4 year contract. As specified in section 4.2.5: "The reference price for the award of the contract shall consist of the sum of two amounts a) the price payable under this contract (for the maximum period of 48 months) as stated in Article I.4.1 of the contract (i.e. Total a) in the templates of financial offer above added for both periods of 24 months). (…) b) the amount corresponding to the reimbursable expenses for the maximum duration of the contract (i.e. total b) in the templates of financial offer above added for both periods of 24 months)."
