Subcontracting
In the event a tenderer (main contractor) intends working with one (or more) subcontractor(s) for the delivery of the services to ECDC, can you please confirm that the tenderer then has also to submit in the tenderer's proposal for each subcontractor, its: 'Declaration on Honour', 'LOI to Collaborate', 'Simplified Financial Statement' and the 'P&L Statement'?

From the list of documents mentioned, you can provide for each subcontractor the 'LOI to Collaborate' which we understand as abbreviation for Letter of Intent to Collaborate. Regarding the involvement of subcontractors in the proposal, please also refer to the answers to Questions 25 and 26 for a more detailed description of the tender requirements applicable to subcontractors.
