Page 20 of ToR states: “This task may require up to 12 on-site technical meetings and reviews (appropriate budget shall be planned by the Contractor).” Are these meetings planned to take place at EASME facilities or at the different services concerned? Which are the costs that are covered by the "appropriate budget" mentioned?

The on-site technical meetings are planned to be held at Commission/EASME premises. No costs are expected in relation to expert reimbursement, catering, etc. The contractor is expected to provide the personnel necessary to organise and follow-up these meeting.
