According to 4.2 of the Tender Specifications, two audit coordinators need to be nominated and must cover several tasks in both management and coordination of the contract and audit fieldwork (according to 2.3, one of the coordinator’s task is the participation in every closing meeting). In the light of the expected volume of audits to be carried out, are we allowed to nominate more than two audit coordinators?

A bidder can nominate more audit coordinators as far as they comply with the selection criteria. Please note that in such case the bidder shall clearly indicate in its offer the 2 CVs to be taken into account for evaluation purposes against the selection criteria by the evaluation committee.
