Could you Please confirm that JRC will cover the infrastructural costs (in terms of Production, Test and DR systems etc.) that support the minimun 50 000 C-ITS stations for the whole duration of Phase 1 and Phase 2 ?

We kindly ask you to read Annex I – Part 1 Administrative annex, point 3.4. Financial offer: 'The financial offer must be all inclusive', and Financial offer form itself, stating: 'The prices tendered must be all-inclusive, of all costs that can be derived from the contract requirements beyond the technical nature for deliverables, such as costs for project meetings, progress reports, etc. expressed in EURO and without VAT'.
