In section 14.2 of the technical specifications it is stated that tenderers shall as part of their tender response provide: 1. financial statements or their extracts for the last two financial years for which accounts have been closed; 2. a statement of overall turnover for the last two financial years available. If in order to meet the requirements listed in section 14.1 of the technical specifications the tenderer intends to rely on the capacity of subcontractor(s), the above listed evidence should also be submitted for subcontractor(s) as part of the tender submission.
