The meetings with the Commission can be carried out by video-conference except for the first and final ones. Can the contractor propose time and place for the first and final meeting or is the contractor expected to come to Brussels? In the first case, who covers the travel and DSA expenses of the DG staff to attend the meeting? How many staff from DG are expected to attend the meeting?

The physical meetings with the Commission will be organized in the building of DG Environment, Avenue de Beaulieu 5 in Brussels, at a mutually agreed time and date. The meeting will be attended by between approximately 2 and 5 Commission officials.
