SmartShare application
According to the General Administrative and Submission Clauses, page 1/4, the tenderer should send its offer via EIB’s Group SmartShare application as well. It is our understanding that we just need to upload all the material that constitutes the Offer (Technical and Financial Offer) before the deadline (07.07.2020 at 23:59 CET) and no specific confirmation will be received by the authority (e-mail message or an online message) confirming our on time upload. Please confirm our understanding or clarify further.

It is a correct understanding. You need to upload the Tender on SmartShare before the indicated deadline. There will be no separate confirmation. But please note that Tender must be sent also in paper format before the indicated deadline and there you will have a confirmation about the date and time.
