We ackowledge your answer to Questions 2, 3, 5, and 6. However, no reason has been provided why the deadline cannot be extended. Would you be so kind to justify the decision?

Dear Sir, When defining the time limit of receipt of tenders of this call we took into consideration issues like COVID-19 and holiday period. Therefore a delay of 76 days between dispatch of the contract notice and the time limit of receipt of tenders was granted, which is clearly much more than the minimum 37 days as requested by our Financial Regulation. The current date of receipt of tenders should allow us to conclude the service contract before year-end.
