With reference to Specifications, section 2.7.1. Documents to be provided, 3. “Concerning the team, no CVs shall be provided, but the document shall present information on the organisation of the team and its technical merits (e.g. the proposed profile mix, number of resources involved, planned roles and responsibilities, back-up organisation, training, knowledge database),” Are Tenderers allowed to propose other profiles than the Technical Consultant profile described in Annex 12? If yes, should we apply the same daily rate in the financial offer?

Concerning the team proposed in award criterion 3, tenderers are allowed to propose other profiles than the Technical Consultant profile. Concerning the daily rate, please see answer to question 6. In the Specifications (point 2.6.2, page 15) instead of "Please note that in the case of services which are provided on a time and means basis or services provided Intra Muros only the CVs which are accepted by the evaluation committee can be used in the execution of the FWC.", please read "Please note that in the case of services which are provided Intra Muros, only the CVs which are accepted by the evaluation committee can be used in the execution of the FWC."
