Küsimus
Could the Commission confirm to potential tenderers that all out-of-pocket costs incurred by the invited participants to this conference (travel, lodgings, etc) will be reimbursed to the participants directly by the Commission. Other than covering the direct costs incurred by the staff of the tenderer attending the conference on behalf of the tenderer, the successful tenderer will not be required to bear any participant costs.

The Commission will only offer (then cover) the premises (EC premises) and interpreters (SCIC interpreters). All other costs incurred by the invited participants to this conference (transport, accommodation, catering, etc.) will be at the successful tenderer’s charge.
