Beginning of the contract
It is indicated in the service contract notice that tenders will be opened on 16.9.2013 - 10:30 but nothing is indicating on the expected date of start of the contract/project which makes impossibe to produce a time table of activities. Which is the expected date of start of the project?

It is expected that the contract will be signed before the end of the year. However, there is no guarantee.
