Pre-financing and performance guarantees
The section II.15.5 - Pre-financing and performance guarantees of the Service Contract, mentions general guarantees conditions. However, in the Tender Specifications and Invitation to Tender letter there is not more mention of it. Our question is whether the guaranty applies. If so, the question is related to the percentage that would be established in case we were selected to develop this consultancy Service

In accordance with Article I.4 of the Special Conditions, pre-financing and performance guarantees are not applicable for this service contract.
