Training services to be included or not under IT support technician category in the financial form.
Chapter 10.3 technical specifications, Training services , lists the tasks to be carried out and states that "the costs associated with the training will be evaluated on the basis of the daily cost of junior or senior consultant defined in the financial offer". On the other hand in annex II.II it is specifically requested under the Technical support staff a person to manage the training and it seems that this profile should be included under the IT support technician category of part B 1 staff financial proposal. Question 1 : should we consider the "trainer" among the profiles of consultants or under the profiles requested under the IT support staff? Question 2 could you please clarify how we should consider the cost of training, as it is not clear the meaning of the phrase: the costs associated with the training will be evaluated on the basis of the daily cost of junior or senior consultant defined in the financial offer" Capítulo 10.3 Especificaciones técnicas Los servicios de training, especifican un listado de tareas que se deber cumplir y describe que “los costes asociados con el training estarán basados en el coste de un consultor junior o senior definido en la oferta financiera. Sin embargo, en el anexo II.II está estipulado específicamente que estará dentro de un perfil de Apoyo técnico para gestionar las formaciones y que esto debería estar bajo el perfil de Técnico Soporte IT, en el parte B de la oferta financiera. Pregunta: deberíamos considerara el formador bajo el perfil de consultor o bajo el apoyo técnico IT? Pregunta 2: Se podría clarificar cómo deberíamos considerar el coste de las formaciones, debido a que no está clara la frase: Los costes asociados a la formación, se valorarán en base al coste diario de Consultor especializado senior o junior que se define en la propuesta económica

Please note that the evaluation of the cost on the development and implementation of the training programme will be based on the cost of man days of a consultant as defined in the financial offer. The other services that fall under 10.3 Training Services (Annex II: Technical Specifications) would fall under Technical support staff as seen in annex II. La evaluación del coste por el desarrollo y la implementación del programa de training estará basado en el coste de un consultor por día, tal y como está definido en la propuesta financiera. Los otros servicios descritos en el apartado 10.3 Servicios de Formación (Anexo II de las Especificaciones Técnicas) están referidos a soporte técnico, tal y como indicado en el Anexo II.
