I successfully uploaded our tender, confirmed on my Screen. The mentioned confirmation Email is so far missing. Can you help?

After a tender is successfully submitted, the system will send automatic email notification to the email address of the tenderer indicated in the section "Identification of the tenderer- Required fields" and not to the email address associated to the EU login account of the person who has submitted the tender. This notification will contain details on how to get the Tender Reception Confirmation which will bear the official and legal date and time of receipt (time-stamp) and will constitute proof of compliance with the time-limit for receipt of tenders. If the notification is not received within 1 hour of submission, please contact the e-Submission Helpdesk at DIGIT-EPROCUREMENT-SUPPORT@ec.europa.eu.
