Eligibility of UK firms
Are UK firms eligible as sole bidders, so long as they meet other mandatory requirements? Can you confirm that existing rules of access to EU procurement will be applied for assessment of projects prior to withdrawal from the EU (that is until withdrawal UK firms are subject to same criteria as all other EU firms)?

UK firms are eligible as sole bidders so long as the contract is signed before Brexit takes place (the aim is to sign the present contract before 31 December 2018).
