Dear Madame, Thank you very much for your question. You must submit your tender exclusively through the electronic submission system at https://etendering.ted.europa.eu/cft/cft-display.html?cftId=3633 Tenders that are not submitted via the electronic submission system shall be rejected and their content shall not be examined.
