The third follow up study on evaluating national policy measures and methodologies to implement Article 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (CE Delft/ Ricardo-AEA, 2017) has not been published as it served the Commission solely as technical assistance inter alia for drafting the Third Report on the State of the Energy Union, in particular the 2017 Energy Efficiency Progress Report (COM(2017) 687 final). As provided in point 2.1.11 of the technical specifications of the tender ('Availability of information´) the relevant standards will be provided by the Commission for internal use of the contractors. As provided in the technical specifications of the tender, the contractor (or in case of a joint tender the combined capacity of all members of the group and identified subcontractors) should take into account the previous studies carried out by the external contractor in the course of 2014, 2015 and 2017. Once the contract between the tenderer and the Commission is signed the above mentioned study will be provided to the contractor for this purpose for internal use.
