Given the European nature of EASME, would EASME have a preference on the focus on either world financial flows to European waters / world financial flows to world waters / European financial flows to European water / European financial flows to world waters?

As stated in section 1.5.2, the scope of the study is global and must cover the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Southern and Arctic Oceans. As in the description of Task 3 (section 1.5.1), the contractor will select the most significant cases of unsustainable finance in the blue economy, taking into account their level of incidence, the extent of their impact and their economic importance. The contractor will have to justify their selection.
