Evidence to be provided for selection criteria
For selection criteria A3, A4, B10, could you please provide clarification on the conditions for the evidence to provide? The specifications say that the requested evidence has to be provided 'on request with the offer'). Which condition shall finally apply: on request or with the offer?

For technical selection criteria the evidence needs to be provided with the offer. See the annex for 'documents to be provided with the offer' for futher details. The tender specifications is updated accordingly.
