References' period
In regard to the Technical capacity of the tenderer (Selection criteria 5.3), could you please confirm that the reference period which will be taken into account will be the last five years up to the deadline for the receipt of applications.

The Contracting Authority confirms that the reference period for the project presented as references shall be the past 5 years – i.e. finalised between November 2014 and the deadline for the receipt of applications.
