It is our understanding that if the two last years for which the financial accounts of the tenderer have been closed are 2019 & 2018, the Turnover during the last three (3) years that needs to be provided in the form will be for the closed years 2019, 2018, 2017 and not for 2020, 2019, 2018. Please confirm that our understanding is correct.
