Economic operator managing EUR LEX
In relation to the restricted procedure 2015/S 174-315833. We would like to know who is the economic operator that is currently managing EUR-Lex platform. TED plattform shows that Dynamics Luxembourg SA + European Dynamics SA; Sword Technologies SA + UniSystems Information Technology SA won the contract last November 2012 ( Procedure 2012/S 227-372860). Are they still managing the website services?

Please note that contract award notice 2012/S 227-372860 is NOT concerned with EUR-Lex. Provision of IT services related to EUR-Lex-2012 currently takes place under contract 10523. The contract award notice for this contract is notice 2014/S 169-299861 published on TED on 04/09/2014. The contractor currently executing the contractual tasks is ARHS Development SA.
