Failing internet link in Annex 6 of the Tender Specification.
In Annex 6 of the Tender specification there is a link to an excel table (link in the box at the top of page 32). This link leads to a general page 'call for tender' page and not to an excel table. Please provide the proper link or another solution or explanation.

If you click on the link on the general page "calls for tender" on 2012 on the left and then over the title of tender CLIMA.B.1/SER/2012/0026 you will find the correct link, however the direct link that you can copy into your browser where you can find all the annexes, is: http://ec.europa.eu/clima/tenders/2012/237994/index_en.htm
