How Big is a Support team?

Currently Frontex does not dedicate any team to merely SharePoint support. There is a 1st line support team which serves all helpdesk tickets regardless the system and 2nd line team dedicated to specific types of solutions. Currently the SharePoint related tickets are distributed in 2nd line support to 2 Frontex staff members and 2 contractors.
