The fact that a beneficiary of ERC grants wants to participate in ERC procurement procedures does not, in itself, constitute a conflict of interest. However, please note that if such status as beneficiary of ERC funds may negatively affect the performance of tasks specified in the procurement documents, this would have to be qualified as a professional conflicting interest. Please also note that ERCEA will screen all submitted tenders for an absence of professional conflicting interests during the tender evaluation stage, and reserves the right to reject any tender where a professional conflicting interest has been detected.
