Does an MPA (Masters in Public Administration) satisfy the requirements for the account manager or high level expert? Thank you

As it is not possible to list all the diplomas that are acceptable or not, the Office will analyse the qualifications of the experts presented on the basis of their university curriculum matching the fields specified in part 3.2 of annex II.
