The services concern the provision of online language courses, with and without tuition, and covering, at least: 1) Online language courses at CEFR[1] levels A1 to C1 in EN and FR, including: a. Online placement tests, material and documents linked to the learners' areas of interest, an indicator of the level of the participant and a technical support answering to questions within two working days, included in the price of the course; b. Online tuition; c. A minimum of EN as interface language. 2) Online language courses at CEFR levels A1 to B2 in DE, ES, IT (and other available languages), including: a. Online placement tests, material and documents linked to the learners' areas of interest, an indicator of the level of the participant and a technical support answering to questions within two working days, included in the price of the course; b. Online tuition; c. A minimum of EN as interface language. Tenderers should feel free to propose additional languages for the online courses and/or additional interface languages. The availability of those additional languages will be taken into account when the quality of each tender is evaluated.
