Can you confirm that the chair of the group invite the participants?

The invitation is prepared by the Chair of each group and the administrative secretariat is responsible to distribute it to the participants. See page 6 of the technical specifications: uploading onto the corresponding site meeting invitations and other documents, promptly and at the latest five working days after receiving them.
