Deadline for the signed documents
Should the original signed documents be send by post within the same deadline of the online application (19th November)?

Signed originals are not required as part of the submission of a tender. Only electronic submissions will be accepted, as per section 1 of the invitation to tender and section 1.6 of the tender specifications.
