Our financial accounts for 2018 have not been finalised and will be available in Sept 2019. Please advise.

The relevant years are 2016, 2017 and 2018. In case your financial accounts for 2018 have not been finalised before the deadline for submission of tenders for this call for tenders procedure, you can submit the financial statements for 2016, 2017 and the draft for 2018.
