Reference period
As stated in clause 12 Selection criteria of “Instruction s to candidates”, the reference period which will be taken into account will be the last three years from submission deadline. Nevertheless, here by below it’s stated that successfully completed projects, with final payment made or completion certificate issued at any time between 1st January 2015 up to the deadline. Please confirm that references for completed projects’ between 1st January 2015 up to the deadline will meet the criteria.
