Lot 1 - Award Criteria - Criterion 5 - MDM System
1. Will the current MDM system (Informatica) stay fully on-prem or will it also be migrated to the cloud? 2. Is the current MDM already 99% available? If not what is the defined SLA for the MDM system? 3. Is there an active network link available between EMA / Azure or do we need to provide one?

For the purpose of the evaluation of Lot 1, Criterion 5, assume that the MDM system remains on-premises. In the same context, the existing SLA of the MDM is not particularly relevant, the new front-end layer must guarantee it’s 99% availability regardless of availability of the core. Regarding networking, please propose communication mechanisms, it is part of the evaluation. Also please document any assumptions made.
