ECAS requirements
For organisations that do not fullfill the ECAS requirements to make a H2020 submission (as a coordinator), can they still make a tender submission under this call and/or are there also specific ECAS requirements that apply here?

We don’t understand what is meant by ‘ECAS requirements’. We confirm this call of tender has no link with any specific program like H2020. The requirements applicable are the ones indicated in the call of tender itself.
