Please provide the definition of the Reference Price as required in Annex 4 (Financial Poprosal).

Reference price is the price proposed by the bidder to cover all the costs of 24 months of operational leasing or long-term lease of one vehicle proposed for Frontex operational activities, including all proposed services and any potential administrative costs. This price will be used for scoring the proposal during tender evaluation.
